Mission: Ensure the timely completion corporate accounting and financial reporting requirements, while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Job Description: Under the supervision of the CFO, you will direct and coordinate all day to day company accounting duties. Develop and implement best practices and SOPs for financial forecasting, reporting, and cost accounting. Responsibilities
Maintain corporate financials in compliance with GAAP Manage accounts payable, invoicing, job costing, expense and receipt reconciliation Manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting Detailed research and analysis of financial operations Review customer proposals and prepare cost analysis Analyze actual project and program performance against forecasted performance Interface with external tax and reporting accounting firms Monitor market, business, and competitive trends Develop new or leverage preferred metrics and tools to implement accounting best practices and standard operating procedures to achieve business benefits and goals Required Skills/Experience
BS in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting or public accounting Robust knowledge of state and federal tax laws and statutes Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Self-starter with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem solving skills Excellent verbal/written communication Strong Excel skills Thorough understanding of GAAP Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Desired Skills/Experience
MBA or CPA strongly preferred Multi-entity experience strongly preferred Management experience preferred Apply Online
