Luxury Property Expansion Manager Our vision at Cuvée is to create the world’s most elevated collection of ultra‑luxury private villas and chalets in the world’s most sought‑after destinations. Our global collection consists of approximately 150 luxury homes, and we plan to expand this to over 300 by the end of 2027. Our offering is unique in that we own or exclusively manage the homes in our collection. At each destination, we have a local, dedicated on‑site team that controls all the touch points of the guest experience – in addition, they provide support to our like‑minded property owners. Our on‑site teams are masters at the Art of Discovery for our guests. They curate personalized travel experiences by connecting our guests to their surroundings through couture design and architecture, exceptionally tailored guest planning, and immersive, singular cultural experiences that only a local can create. Cuvée is seeking a self‑motivated, resourceful, high‑energy professional who works well under pressure and can thrive in an entrepreneurial‑style environment while being responsible for the achievement of specific goals. Reporting to the CEO and COO, the Luxury Property Expansion Manager (LPEM) will be responsible for growing the number of luxury homes within the Cuvée portfolio. Clear goals will be for the LPEM for property expansion within specific destinations for targeted properties (type/style). The LPEM will be expected to spend a large portion of their time traveling to Cuvée’s destinations and potential new destinations to perform the job duties.

Success in this role will be measured by:

Market research, leveraging the local Cuvée DM team, networking and direct outreach to property owners.

Identifying the best‑of‑the‑best properties that are owned by like‑minded individuals who share Cuvée’s standards for quality of home and level of guest service.

Working directly with the Destination Owner within the Cuvée organization to leverage their relationships and knowledge of the destination.

Educating the property owner on the benefits of working with Cuvée for property and rental management services.

Managing the entire process from identifying properties, achieving buy‑in from property owner, finalizing the homeowner agreement, determining rental rate pricing, developing and managing the onboarding process of the new properties with the local DM team, marketing the new property (photos/video/websites) and educating the sales team and other channels.

Ensuring we only represent the top 5% of properties in the most desired destinations around the world.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar.

3+ years of Real Estate experience ideal, preferably in the high‑end luxury sector.

Extremely technologically focused to search, discover and analyze the market.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to oversee projects, employees, and vendors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid insight into the luxury lifestyle and psyche of our target market(s).

Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and all search engines applicable, including social media.

Experience with HubSpot considered to be an asset.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience. Annual Salary plus Bonus range from $100,000 to $160,000. Position includes extensive benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision and so much more.
