Overview Sanctuare is a luxury travel and property representation company specializing in exceptional private villas, estates, and private island experiences around the world. We work with some of the most unique properties globally, connecting discerning travelers with extraordinary destinations while managing marketing, bookings, and property representation.
Position Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter to support our team with administrative coordination, spreadsheet management, and marketing-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, and helping internal projects stay accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Spreadsheet & Data Management: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets that track property information, project updates, and internal data.
Administrative & Project Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, document organization, and shared file management.
Property & Product Information Management: Help manage and organize property details, pricing information, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy.
Marketing Assessment Support: Assist with reviewing marketing materials, organizing and sharing digital media, and helping track marketing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
✔ Highly organized and detail-focused
✔ Comfortable working in Excel and digital tools
✔ Able to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate information
✔ Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator
Immediate start preferred
Reliable references
Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, dropbox, & Adobe
