About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Manager / Senior Manager, Product Management & Strategy to drive the growth and success of our technology products and tech innovation initiatives. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will own internal product roadmaps, lead development of new solutions, and ensure technology strategy directly supports company goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with a forward-looking mindset. Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Technology Solutions:

Serve as product owner for core company platforms (e.g., Infinite One App, Deltek Vantage Point) and emerging products that support growth and innovation. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure development aligns with business objectives. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., automation, AI/ML), developing roadmaps that improve products and efficiency across the company. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technology products directly enable business goals. Act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable impact. Champion user needs and feedback, embedding them into product design and iteration. Project & Program Management:

Oversee product and technology-related projects from concept to delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within budget. Manage vendor and partner relationships, including performance oversight. Define and track product performance metrics (e.g., adoption, ROI, efficiency gains) to measure success and guide continuous improvement. Other responsibilities as assigned by the executive leadership team. Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years in product management, product strategy, or related roles, with a track record of owning products from concept through launch and iteration. Strong ability to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Experience with ERP or enterprise software platforms; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus. Proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, automation). Solid project management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. Experience managing vendors and external technology partners. Strong analytical skills, including defining and tracking KPIs such as adoption, ROI, and efficiency gains. Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Benefits
