We are looking for an experienced Account Representative with a strong sales background in brokerage and supply chain who is ready to bring in clients and grow with us.
Air & Sea Freight is looking for a Remote Account Representative to help us grow our customer base and expand our freight brokerage services across air and ocean transportation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional with an existing book of business in the supply chain / logistics space.

What you’ll do
Find, prospect, and onboard new clients that need transportation services
Cold call, email, and present our services to potential customers
Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships
Manage your book of business and keep all loads and activity organized in Excel
Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to grow revenue
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in brokerage sales in the supply chain / logistics / freight industry
Proven sales skills and a track record of bringing in and retaining clients
You already have your own clients / book of business – Air & Sea Freight will not be providing clients
Strong Excel skills to keep loads and account activity up to date
Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working fully remote
