Overview
Our client, a leader in industrial bakery equipment and part of a globally respected engineering group, is hiring a
Manager – Exact Mixing Sales
to lead global commercial growth for their
continuous mixing systems .
This is a
high-impact, autonomous role
focused on building relationships, guiding capital equipment projects, and delivering best-in-class solutions to bakery and snack producers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project close—for Exact Mixing systems across global markets.
Conduct client visits (approximately 40–50% travel) across the
U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia .
Work closely with engineering, application, and service teams to scope and deliver custom solutions.
Present at major industry shows like
IBA ,
IBIE , and
Interpack .
Guide layout planning, technical feasibility reviews, and ensure smooth project execution.
Generate new business and develop strategic global accounts.
Support inbound sales inquiries from the website, email marketing, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
of technical or capital equipment sales experience; food processing/bakery preferred.
Proven track record of consultative, solution-based sales success.
Strong technical aptitude—can quickly understand industrial systems and processes.
Experience in international sales or readiness to step into a global role.
Familiarity with continuous mixing systems or industrial processing machinery is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, self-starting mindset.
