Job Overview This is a hybrid role with both in‑office and remote working days. Applicants must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area. Hours are between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Consistently achieve sales quota for the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica®, and KYBELLA®.
Develop and execute call and business development plans across the product portfolio, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in multiple initiatives.
Manage attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager.
Provide product and procedure training to customers, and deliver competitive product differentiation.
Identify growth opportunities such as expanding product portfolio utilization, launching new products and indications, and identifying new business with existing accounts.
Collaborate with field sales teams for cross‑functional activities to drive sales objectives and cultivate relationships.
Assist accounts with marketing strategies, including website and social media development, internal branding, and patient segmentation.
Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and stay compliant with all quality and regulatory guidelines.
Attend sales training and meetings as required and complete associated administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
Two or more years of relevant sales experience, with a record of earning strong commissions.
Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and exhibit superior communication skills.
Willingness to travel by air and/or car 15‑20% of the time.
Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment.
Strong analytical, business acumen, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with sales force automation and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to execute key strategies and develop relationships remotely via telephone interaction.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry, interacting with physicians and patients.
Experience educating or influencing targeted customers.
Two years of inside sales experience preferred.
Compensation Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $41.50/hr.
