Job Description This hybrid role includes in-office and remote working days. Applicants must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area. Working hours are between 8 am and 5 pm.

The Sr. Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue‑generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVDERM Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica, KYBELLA) and for managing and enhancing portfolio growth through phone‑based business development activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio and demonstrates adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives.

Manages attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through consistent communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager, managing sample allocation, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with marketing strategies.

Provides technical product and procedure training, and competitive product differentiation; educates customers on product indications, contraindications, safety, and how they meet customer needs.

Identifies growth opportunities, including expanding reach with the customer base, expanding product portfolio utilization, and launching new product indications.

Supports customers with marketing strategies such as website and social media development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies.

Pre‑plans sales calls and maintains efficient time management to maximize customer contact.

Maintains updated knowledge of the industry, competitive products, and compliance with applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborates with the Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager to drive sales objectives and cultivate relationships.

Participates in leave of absence and vacant territory coverage plans, ensuring consistent communication and support of accounts.

Attends sales training and meetings as required and completes administrative responsibilities such as presentations and expense reports.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and represents the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.

Requirements

Two or more years of relevant sales experience.

Track record of earning strong commissions, ability to work independently, and superior communication skills.

Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15–20% of the time.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry interacting with physicians, patients, etc.

Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers.

Two years of working in Inside Sales preferred.

Additional Qualifications and Skills
