Base Pay Range Hourly: $23.00/hr – $41.50/hr
Job Description This hybrid role includes in‑office and remote working days. Must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area. Hours are between 8 am‑5 pm.
The Sr. Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue‑generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica®, and KYBELLA®. The role enhances portfolio growth through business development activities using primarily phone communication.
Responsibilities
Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio and creates call and business development plans.
Manages attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through communication with managers, sample allocation, order placement, and marketing support.
Develops product knowledge to serve customer needs, prospects new products, and identifies growth opportunities.
Educates and supports customers with marketing strategies and campaign execution.
Pre‑plans sales calls and maintains efficient time management to maximize customer contact.
Maintains updated knowledge of industry and competitive products and complies with quality and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborates cross‑functionally with field reps and managers to drive sales objectives.
Attends sales training and meetings as required and completes administrative responsibilities such as presentations and expense reports.
Demonstrates strong work ethic and represents the Company with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience required.
Two or more years of relevant sales experience.
Track record of earning commissions, ability to work independently and exhibit superior communication skills.
Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15‑20 % of the time.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry interacting with physicians and patients.
Experience educating/influencing targeted customers.
Two years of inside sales experience preferred.
Additional Competencies
Knowledge of inside sales selling skills and business environment.
Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and business acumen.
Proven selling skills and positive role model.
Team player with interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficient with sales force automation and Microsoft Office suite.
