Utilize verbal and written communication skills to keep residents informed regarding any facility related policies, service changes and repairs requiring additional time, etc.Directly supervise multiple graduate and undergraduate student employees, as well as the Accounting Specialist 2 role. Provide ongoing training through staff development activities and daily supervision. Serve as a role model for staff.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or in lieu of a degree, at least (6) years of professional facility management experience.* Minimum requirement (2) years of full-timeexperience in a relevant position.* Must have a valid driver's license.* Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 25+ pounds.**Desired Qualifications:*** Master's degree from an accredited university.* 3-5 years’ progressive experience in a full time related role.* Familiarity with work order systems (SchoolDude, TMA) and Housing Software (Adirondack: The Housing Director, StarRez, etc).
