Behavior Technician – Childcare and Babysitter Experience Welcome
Children Making Strides is looking for enthusiastic Behavioral Therapists to work with children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. We seek both experienced ABA professionals and recent graduates.
Pay & Benefits Base pay range : $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr.
$500 sign-on bonus : Extra incentive for commitment to late day/evening slots - PT employees included!
We provide training to all new BT’s. Competitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Industry leading training program and professional development, referral program, 401(k) with up to a 4% match, tuition reimbursement, supervision hours for BTs pursuing their BCBA.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
Foster a supportive and caring environment.
