Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

$500 sign on bonus : Extra Incentive for commitment to late day/evening slots - PT employees included!

We provide training to all new BT's.

Job Overview Join Our Team at Children Making Strides! Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of amazing kids? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. We are looking for both experienced ABA Professionals and recent graduates.

What You'll Do

Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic and draft reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.

Create engaging and fun learning experiences.

Foster a supportive and caring environment.

Bring smiles and progress to young faces!

Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
