ABA Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Children Making Strides offers a base pay range of
$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
with a
$500 sign‑on bonus
for those committing to late daytime and evening slots (including part‑time employees). All new Behavioral Technicians receive training.
Location:
Taunton, MA
– home sessions from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy to children aged 2‑9 in home or clinic settings, documenting progress in reports for senior health professionals.
Help kids build life skills around communication and socialization.
Collaborate with colleagues to create effective outcomes and impacts.
Develop engaging and fun learning experiences.
Foster a supportive and caring environment, bringing smiles and progress to young faces.
