Broker Channel Manager

– a remote, high‑impact role where you will drive growth across our partner ecosystem. Responsibilities

Build and execute strategies to grow BambooHR’s Broker Channel and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals. Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of broker partners as your primary point of contact. Onboard and enable new partners to confidently identify, qualify, and refer opportunities. Monitor partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive ongoing optimization. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Billing teams to ensure seamless partner experience and operational excellence. Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a broker channel or referral partnership role. Proven hunter background with direct, field‑based sales experience. Willingness to travel monthly for conferences, in‑person broker meetings, and relationship‑building activities. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
