Broker Channel Manager

Responsibilities
Build and execute strategies to grow BambooHR’s Broker Channel and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals.
Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of broker partners as their primary point of contact.
Onboard and enable new partners to confidently identify, qualify, and refer opportunities.
Monitor partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Billing teams to ensure seamless partner experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2–3 years in a broker channel role; experience with channel and/or referral partnerships strongly preferred.
Proven hunter background with direct, field-based sales experience.
Willingness to travel monthly for conferences, in-person broker meetings, and relationship‑building activities.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly results‑oriented.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualities
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience with B2B partnerships.
Experience building and implementing strategy with partners.
Thorough understanding of the industry.
A proven track record of successfully growing revenue with channel partners.
