Position Care Partner – Full Time

Location: Copley, Ohio

Starting wage: $18–$20 per hour.

Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

Responsibilities

Advocate of Empathy – build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.

Generous Gift Giver – be present, share your talents, and support fellow team members.

Engaged Egghead – remain curious, ask questions, and pursue continuous development and training.

Proactive agent in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English with residents.

Positive, energetic attitude and genuine love for residents.

Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.

Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Able to assist residents with mobility and post‑fall care.

Criminally cleared.
