Job Description As a Customer Service Representative you’ll demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude, provide excellent customer service, take orders both over the phone and in person, handle cash, upsell, prepare pizzas, and maintain food safety and cleanliness.
CSR Responsibilities
Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Take orders over the phone and in person
Resolve customer concerns
Handle cash and give correct change
Upsell in-store items
Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas and food portions
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Perform general cleaning duties
General Job Duties
Operate all store equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
Prepare products and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person
Essential Functions/Skills
Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide (calculator may be used)
Make correct monetary change
Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing
Good motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
Varying indoor temperatures from 36°F to 90°F or higher; sudden changes during outside tasks
Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F
Work in cramped quarters, walk‑in cooler, and direct contact with moving mechanical parts
Standing for most tasks; walking short distances for brief periods
Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, stackable to 72” high; use hand truck for deliveries
Carrying: large cans (~3 lb), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb each for three)
Pushing: dolly‑stacked trays up to 24‑30 lb requiring force up to 7.5 lb; pulling also required
Climbing: occasional stair or ladder access for maintenance or sign changes
Stooping/Bending: 30–45 s cycles at pizza assembly station; forward bending at counter and stocking
Crouching/Squatting: occasional when stocking shelves or cleaning low areas
Reaching: continuous up, down, forward; use of hands throughout the day
Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists for dough shaping
