SolomonEdwards is looking for a
Mortgage Processor
for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities
Perform complex data and document validation Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions Complete appraisal eligibility tasks Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations Benefits and Compensation
Salary range $23/hr W2. Compensation determined based on education, experience, location and skill set. Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, Tuition Reimbursement, and Vitality Health & Wellness Discounts. Opportunity to earn a performance incentive each quarter up to $3,300, potentially an additional $5 to $6 per hour above base salary.
