Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, and installations
Troubleshoot and repair wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical systems
Inspect and test electrical components to ensure safety and compliance
Provide clear explanations and excellent customer service to homeowners
Identify opportunities to prevent future issues and recommend solutions
Maintain a clean, safe job site and a well-organized service truck
Train and mentor less experienced electrical trainees
✅ What We’re Looking For
State of Wisconsin Residential Journeyman License
(required)
5+ years of electrical experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-starter with flexibility and reliability
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check and random drug testing
