Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority work a 4‑Day workweek
Majority work no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Qualifications
Active driver's license
Age 21 or older
DOT medical certification
Documentation of previous employment
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED, or military service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and teamwork skills
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
