Business Data Analyst - Turning Numbers into Meaningful Change Are you fluent in data and passionate about impact? We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and healthcare-savvy
Business Data Analyst
who doesn’t just crunch numbers— but translates them into stories that drive better care, better operations, and better outcomes.
In this role, you won’t be stuck behind a spreadsheet— you’ll be at the heart of strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally to shape decisions that matter. From analyzing clinical trends to optimizing operations and improving patient experience, your work will inform the direction of our organization.
What You’ll Do (aka your data-fueled superpowers):
Dive into clinical, operational, and financial data to uncover insights that shape strategy.
Build dazzling dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (no pressure— but “wow” factor is encouraged).
Track KPIs across the organization— from patient outcomes to operational efficiency— and tell the story behind the numbers.
Collaborate with clinicians, finance, IT, and other teams to deliver relevant, meaningful analytics.
Champion data quality, governance, and compliance (HIPAA is your middle name).
Use predictive analytics to forecast trends, support population health, and guide performance improvement.
Partner with software vendors and internal teams to implement tools that make data work smarter, not harder.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or a combo of education and experience).
2-5 years of data analysis experience—bonus points if it’s in healthcare.
Deep Excel skills and fluency in visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of value-based care, quality metrics, and healthcare compliance.
Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Able to turn complexity into clarity—verbally, visually, and analytically.
Data analytics or BI certification.
Knowledge of project management tools or agile methods.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for deeper analysis.
Why Join Us? Because here, data isn’t just information— it’s transformation. We’re a mission-driven organization where your insights will shape decisions that truly improve lives. If you love solving problems, telling stories with data, and making healthcare smarter— you’ll love it here.
Ready to transform data into decisions that matter? Apply today and make your impact.
