What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Deliver customer training engagements from start to finish using prepared curriculum

Conduct online training sessions covering system functionality and best practices

Collaborate closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop proficiency

Document and track training activities and progress within the internal CRM

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

What is Required (Qualifications):

4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer training or support

Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite

Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, or similar tools preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Technology/SaaS experience preferred

Experience leading presentations or classroom training for technology products

Ability to coach and train diverse groups of people

Passion for creating and sharing best practices

Veterinary industry knowledge a plus
