Commercial Cleaning Manager/Supervisor – Office Pride Franchise Opportunity

Responsibilities
Supervise Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees Hire, train, and evaluate staff Plan and execute site inspections and follow‑up actions Manage labor budget, develop corrective strategies when over budget Oversee time‑keeping system and schedule work for new and existing accounts Provide customers with promised service; “the buck stops at you” Collaborate with OP management team to resolve inspection or staff issues Report nightly via area manager written report covering time, activities, and tasks performed Attend weekly staff meetings: review time, tasks completed, tasks pending, and problem‑solving with owners and management Manage overall general operation of the business in your area Work required hours (minimum 40, up to 45 per week) and additional duties as needed for business success Earn performance‑based incentives (bonuses) based on KPIs Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance 1 year of management experience Compensation
