Business Development – Job Overview We are seeking proactive, mission‑driven individuals to shape the future of AI Agents. This role demands a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, embraces ownership, and pivots quickly to meet evolving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for teams exploring opportunities within the AI Agent space and onboard them onto the Agent Tokenization Platform.

Establish connections with projects, builders, and blockchain communities globally to drive ecosystem growth.

Identify and leverage unique market dynamics globally to maximize IQ ATP’s potential.

Foster collaborations with projects and builders to enable partnerships and interoperable feature sets within the ATP ecosystem.

Utilize IQ’s brand to attract top builders and facilitate deployments of AI Agents onto IQ ATP.

Partner with agent deployers to align product features and priorities with DApp requirements and market strategy.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of blockchain industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure successful product rollouts and improvements.

Advocate for users and partners by engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous ecosystem enhancement.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, ideally within blockchain or fintech, with a focus on AI/DeFi.

Deep understanding of AI Agents, AI Agent platforms/launchpads, blockchain technology, and DeFi.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship building.

Proven experience structuring complex, multi‑stakeholder partnerships responsibly and effectively.

Track record of building and scaling teams focused on business development, sales, or partnerships.

Analytical problem‑solver with the ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs and market opportunities.

Experience bridging traditional finance or Web2 business development with crypto‑native initiatives is a plus.
