What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the technical liaison between sales account executives and prospects during the sales cycle

Manage the technical relationship with prospects to enhance customer satisfaction

Conduct customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines

Present and communicate technical information effectively to C-level and director-level executives

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software sales

Proven ability to map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions

Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills

Experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proofs of Concept

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions

Vertical industry expertise in sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare

Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions

Familiarity with Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence

Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger) and experience in B2B software selling
