What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle for the employer's software solutions

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to serve as the technical liaison between Account Executives and prospects

Proactively deliver technical information to customers through various communication methods, including onsite and virtual meetings

Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines

Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills

Strong skills in discovery, overcoming objections, and identifying risk

Must be willing to travel up to 40%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions

Vertical industry expertise (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare)

Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions

In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence

Experience developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
