What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as a subject matter expert on the employer's platform and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams

Collaborate with Sales to identify customer and prospect selling tools, business processes, opportunities, and risks

Qualify opportunities through in-depth discovery of customer and prospect business processes

Participate in product demonstrations to highlight the employer's business value

Communicate customer and prospect requirements effectively to onboarding and implementation teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate customer use cases into scalable, value‑based solutions

Excellent presentation skills for engaging demonstrations tailored to diverse stakeholder personas

Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions that lead to meaningful insights

Continuous learning attitude to stay updated on new sales trends and technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in a technology or SaaS environment

Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies

Knowledge of the employer's platform and its functionalities

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams
