Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, senior change management professional who will help develop and grow change management practice at Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. As a member of a new Getty Digital Change Management department, this person will have the opportunity to help develop a new practice and set of tools to be implemented on both small and large initiatives. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty’s Digital Roadmap including an HR and ERP replacement. They will use expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build the capacity of staff to perform change management.

Major Job Responsibilities

Leverage change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders

Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs

Additional Responsibilities

Complete change management assessments

Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics

Consult and coach project teams

Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan

Support and engage senior leaders

Coordinate efforts with other specialists

Integrate change management activities into project plans

Evaluate and help to ensure user readiness

Manage stakeholders

Track and report issues

Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Serve as a resource for junior team members

Manages stakeholder alignment in collaboration with the project manager and sponsor

Actively participate in change management forums and continuously stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and methodologies to drive successful organizational change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years experience in digital change management or related field

Change Management certification or completion of a Change Management program is highly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent active listening skills

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations

Forward‑looking with a holistic approach

Ability to plan strategy and tactics

Problem‑solving and root‑cause identification skills

Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization

Demonstrated success in communicating with, training, and evaluating staff with a keen awareness around working with people with varied backgrounds and abilities

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Experience in project management software, MS Office and other tools for preparing training and communications such as the Adobe Creative Suite

Demonstrated ability to develop complex written plans, reports and communications

Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver training, interviews and other engagement opportunities
