Job Overview
DigitalBridge Credit, a division of DigitalBridge, is seeking an Associate to focus on senior and junior debt investments in the digital infrastructure sector.
Specifically, an Associate plays an integral role in forecasting of financial and operating results for new investments. An Associate is expected to think with an investor’s mentality and will have a hand in identifying key opportunities and diligence items in new investments. An Associate is expected to perform detailed financial analysis and condense data into logical, thoughtful summaries. Additionally, an Associate will interact with senior management of portfolio companies, third advisors, and senior partners of DigitalBridge.
Responsibilities
Financial modeling and analysis
Company valuation
Conducting primary corporate and industry research
Creating presentation materials for the investment committee and firm’s investors
Ongoing monitoring of financial results and operating performance of portfolio companies
Qualifications
A strong academic record and at least a year of investment banking, credit investing, private equity or comparable experience
Previous M&A and leveraged finance backgrounds are preferred. Digital infrastructure experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite
Exceptional financial modeling proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, close attention to detail, strong presentation skills, a high level of maturity and integrity, and excellent written and oral communication skills
Associate should be self‑motivated, ambitious, self‑confident and humble
May be required to travel both domestically and internationally
Compensation Base salary range: $144,000 - $216,000 USD
