Director - Investment Management at Selby Jennings A private investment firm with over ~$50B AUM is looking for a Private Credit Analyst/Associate to join the Direct Lending team in New York, NY. The firm provides first lien, unitranche, second lien and mezzanine debt, in addition to equity co‑investments, secondary solutions and private equity fund commitments. The firm has a long history of disciplined investing across multiple economic cycles and has office locations in New York, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles. The Private Credit Analyst/Associate will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, structuring and executing private investments, and managing new and existing portfolio investments within the credit platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join an extremely successful private credit platform with an excellent track record.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related financial discipline with an outstanding record of academic achievement
1-3+ years of investment banking (leveraged finance/M&A/financial sponsors/restructuring) or buyside private credit investing experience
Experience working with financial sponsors is a plus
Strong analytical and modeling skills and excellent attention to detail
Passion for private credit investing
