Schedule:
0500-1700 (SA, SU, FR 0L). Various schedules may be available and details will be discussed during the interview process.
Base Pay Range:
$22.00/hr – $25.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Asset Protection & Security
Support facility security staff.
Monitor and maintain access control equipment.
Employee Health & Safety
Perform OSHA and food safety audits.
Maintain a directory of emergency response personnel.
Summon emergency services as necessary and conduct compliance audits.
Partnership & Collaboration
Own the delivery of project activities and support process updates.
Resolve simple business issues and demonstrate functional knowledge.
Data and Digital Literacy
Gather and interpret data, create reports, and ensure data quality across systems.
EHS Training Delivery
Support instructors or learning facilitators in training programs.
Maintain training repositories and provide feedback mechanisms.
Influential Communication
Organize thoughts and communicate credibly and concisely within scope of work.
Present and influence team members and business partners.
Actively listen and provide constructive feedback.
Process Improvement
Support process improvement strategies and conduct root cause analysis.
Environmental Protection
Demonstrate awareness of environmental regulations and enforce compliance.

Explain operational functions and clarify roles of departments.

Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year’s work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field (e.g., military, public safety, compliance, criminal justice).
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
Work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
