What you’ll do Asset Protection Security: Possesses knowledge of Asset protection policies, practices, guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff, monitors and maintains access control equipment.
Employee Health and Safety Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, emergency evacuations plans. Supports the implementation of relevant industry‑specific and OSHA guidelines; highlights business risks; maintains directory of emergency response personnel; summons emergency services as necessary; conducts compliance safety and food safety audits; creates audit reports; acts as associate interface for workers' compensation issues; obtains necessary records; analyzes and reports types of claims that may require settlement.
Partnership Collaboration Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques. Owns delivery of project activity, supports process updates, solves simple business issues, demonstrates functional knowledge.
Data and Digital Literacy Possesses knowledge of data collection, interpretation and reporting in a digital environment. Analyzes and creates reports using existing models and templates; leverages technology to execute transactional activities; reviews data across systems to ensure completeness and applies data quality checks; suggests automation opportunities.
EHS Training Delivery Supports training activities, manages feedback processes, utilizes training lifecycles, maintains benchmarks, explains processes to contractors.
Influential Communication Communicates credibly and concisely; presents to team members; uses data to articulate results; listens actively; provides constructive feedback; builds a professional network.
Process Improvement Supports implementation of process improvement strategies; identifies gaps; suggests improvements; participates in investigations and root‑cause analysis.
Environmental Protection Applies environmental policies; demonstrates awareness of regulations; receives inquiries; implements Walmart's environmental policies; promotes environmental issues.
Operational Excellence Explains operational functions; clarifies roles; describes interdependence; identifies functions; locates SOPs and OBW information; lists tasks and activities.

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive experience; work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
