Lead technical and business discovery sessions to assess customer challenges and design tailored solutions Architect AI‑driven customer experience and employee service solutions, translating complex technologies into clear narratives Drive technical strategy throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals and compliance standards Collaborate cross‑functionally to align customer needs with product roadmaps and influence future innovations Measure and optimize the impact of solutions using analytics and performance metrics to demonstrate ROI What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, customer service software, ITSM, or integration & middleware Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities to strategic business impact Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills Willingness and ability to travel as required Equal Opportunity Statement:
