What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demos

Architect AI-driven solutions that translate advanced capabilities into business-focused narratives

Own the end-to-end technical engagement throughout the sales cycle

Integrate secure, scalable solutions using various cloud platforms and APIs for seamless workflows

Measure and optimize impact using analytics to demonstrate ROI and inform continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, or enterprise software environments

Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept

Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience

Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, or Integration & Middleware

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Graduate degree in a relevant field

Strong storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities with strategic business impact

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills

Willingness to travel as required
