Join Comparion Insurance Agency as an Insurance Agent. This role is located in Portsmouth, NH (office‑based, not remote) and offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Pay Details
Typical training salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year.
First‑year total compensation (base + bonuses + commissions) ranges from $55,000 – $75,000.
Top performers can earn over $100,000 in the first year.
Responsibilities
Build and leverage a strong local network and in‑person relationships with community members.
Convert prospects into customers and close insurance sales for products such as Auto, Home, and Life.
Maintain and grow a customer base, manage leads, and conduct follow‑ups to achieve sales targets.
Represent the company at community events and establish Comparion’s presence locally.

Qualifications
Previous sales experience with proven results.
State insurance license in Property & Casualty and Life or willingness to obtain one.

Effective time‑management, organizational skills, and ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Familiarity with lead generation and customer base growth.
