Overview Genoma Labs is looking for a highly skilled Robotics and Interface Specialist with a passion for integrating cutting-edge technologies in robotics, machine learning, and machine vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Raspberry Pi programming for both software and hardware applications, as well as expertise in G-code for controlling automated machines. Your role will involve developing and enhancing human-to-machine interfaces, driving innovation in robotic functionalities, and applying machine learning techniques to advance machine vision capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of interdisciplinary technologies and the ability to implement them in real-world applications. What You Will Do Develop and enhance human-to-machine interfaces to improve interaction and operational efficiency. Utilize advanced machine learning techniques and machine vision to enable robots to recognize and adapt to patterns and routines in their operating environment. Focus on critical safety developments in robotics, including human detection systems to prevent accidents in collaborative spaces. Innovate in layer depositing detection to ensure precision and reliability in manufacturing processes. Apply machine learning algorithms to enable AI-driven movements and functionalities, enhancing the capabilities and safety of robotic units. Engage in continuous research and development to keep pace with technological advancements and drive innovation in robotic functionalities and safety protocols. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of experience in software development Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB Familiarity with RESTful APIs and the ability to develop and maintain them Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
