Executive and Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy executive across both personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong communication skills, some travel (domestic and international), and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
Assist with personal tasks such as appointments, errands, and household coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and vendor communications
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and ensure seamless daily operations
Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Understanding and background using Apple products and platforms
Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
Familiarity with task/project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
Ability to manage cloud-based filing systems and shared drives
Qualities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Must be able to stand and sit for periods of time, bend, reach, climb stairs, and carry items
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Professional and polished demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting C-level executives in both personal and professional capacities
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Must be comfortable around dogs and pets
