Part Time Leasing Consultant
Company Overview Asset Living is a third‑party management firm founded in 1986 with extensive experience across multifamily, single‑family, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent, active adult, and student housing. The company emphasizes community building and offers a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
Attend property daily, showing prospective residents and handling the full leasing process.
Complete leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits and unit turn‑around.
Maintain accurate prospect traffic, responding to leads within 24 hours.
Implement marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and stay current on product knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing resident complaints and requests.
Assist in resident retention strategies and support office upkeep.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with on‑site software.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
Regularly move around, including ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and step stools.
Stand or sit for prolonged periods and lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.
Work in various environments, including outdoors, tight spaces, and hazardous conditions.
Salary Range $18 per hour to $18 per hour
