Position Overview Hybrid position: work from home with only 1 day in office per week required.
Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths, realize their full potential, and utilize individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Bilingual opportunities are available.
Flexible schedule with weekends available and evenings preferred.
Compensation & Incentives
$45/hour for MA Level
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity/high level of experience
$65-$70/hour for independent license
50% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $750
75% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $1000
90% and above in person over a 3‑month span earns $1250
Premiums paid for non‑English language capacity
Premiums paid for experience
Premiums paid for selected clinical specialties
Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Current license in Massachusetts is a plus
Excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach; afternoon and evening availability is a plus
Hybrid position: must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week
