NFS Bilingual – FFS‑Outpatient Therapists
NFS is the premier provider of behavioral health services in the region! We’re growing fast and we’re looking for YOU. These therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential, utilizing approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
Hybrid position: work from home with only one day in office per week required.
Flexible schedule – choose your days. Weekends available, evenings preferred. Earn what you’re worth, doing what you love.
Compensation
$45/hour for MA Level
$50‑$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55‑$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65‑$70/hour for independent license
Incentive for On‑site
50 % in person over a 3‑month span will earn $750
75 % in person over a 3‑month span will earn $1000
90 % and above in person over a 3‑month span earns $1250
Premiums Paid For
Non‑English language capacity

Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – required
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Requires excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
