Hybrid position: work from home with only one day in office per week.
Compensation
$45/hour for MA Level
$50‑$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55‑$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65‑$70/hour for independent license
On‑site Incentives
50% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $750
75% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $1,000
90% and above in person over a 3‑month span $1,250
Premiums Paid For
Non‑English language capacity

Select clinical specialties
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – required
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field – required
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Current license in the state of Massachusetts – a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
