Responsibilities
Implement, build, train and support Oracle Fusion HCM enterprise software infrastructure and application systems throughout the organization.
Work closely with other department staff to design, build, support, and train on the application.
Coordinate projects, develop requirements, provide application support and optimization, serve as the subject matter expert, deliver end‑user training, and maintain strong relationships with the end‑user community.
Design and implement workflows for various enterprise software application systems.
Create and maintain decision‑support reports.
Provide day‑to‑day application support and optimization.
Coordinate testing and user acceptance for application upgrades.
Develop relationships with different departments and end users throughout the organization.
Coordinate with vendors to map project requirements, system design, conversion, and system development testing.
