Lead HCM Cloud Developer

Lead HCM Cloud Developer (ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb)) (Philadelphia, PA): Designing and developing software deliverables, with a particular emphasis in the Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules, with the aim of delivering software functionality that support Chubb business operations in key areas; Developing and maintaining HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems in order to allow the effective integration and interaction between these systems; Writing interfaces and Data Conversions in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Applications; Using SQL and other data programming languages and techniques to develop modules that collect, move, aggregate, and interpret data, as well as developing and building models and custom data reports; Configuring, deploying, and utilizing a range of platform tools to address key functionality needs; Providing Technical Customer Support in order to identify any issues being experienced by users, taking steps to evaluate presented issues and make determinations regarding underlying root causes and possible remedies; Defining and applying Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console and determining key structural needs for these areas; and Ensure effective creation of software deliverables that reflect core needs for security and scalability. Must have the following skills and experience in order to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Diversified IT experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion with full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations; Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Compensation, Workforce, Benefits, Security and Payroll; Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware solutions for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and 3rd Party Benefits and Payroll Applications; Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS offerings for customization and extension of Oracle HCM Cloud applications; Hands on experience in automating end to end integration using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services; Ability to develop adhoc reports using BI Publisher and OTBI; and Hands on experience in developing fast formulas across HCM modules. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related computing field and at least five (5) years of experience as a Cloud Developer or related occupation.
