Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Springfield, MO. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating customized marketing strategies tailored to the needs of clients. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution. The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions for clients to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective marketing strategies
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Sales experience, contract negotiation, and ability to develop client accounts
Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity in proposing innovative solutions
Experience working as part of a team and collaborating across departments to deliver results
Proficient in time management and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or business development roles is a plus
