Responsibilities
Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
Host at least two open houses each month
Transform prospecting efforts and lead generation activities into scheduled client meetings
Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
Participate in team meetings and events as outlined by team standards
Dedicate time weekly to individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and facilitate home selection
Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on clients’ behalf
Maintain detailed records of all activities and client information using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Driven sales expert with a competitive mindset
Proven ability to cultivate relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions
Proficient in generating leads and conducting prospecting efforts
Confident in handling and resolving objections
Articulate and persuasive communicator committed to exceptional client service
Collaborative and dependable team contributor
Possesses a current real estate license
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Open to learning and implementing scripts and communication techniques
Skilled in time management and task prioritization
Previous real estate experience is a plus
