Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host a minimum of two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines Take part in team events and initiatives as outlined by team standards Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology Qualifications
