Communicate and deliver the value proposition to Jenne’s existing and new reseller base, inside & outside sales teams. Duties/Responsibilities
Point of contact for Jenne internal sales teams and Vendor sales team Play a key role in building and executing the Jenne growth strategy for Vendor. Participate in the development of Vendor programs, promotions, incentives, and training. Collaborate with Jenne product management and sales on forecasting and pipeline management. Facilitate seed and demo programs (track & manage) where applicable. Attending associated trade shows. Understand product roadmaps & communicate key elements to Jenne sales and partners. Identify, recruit, enable, and train new partners to accelerate pipeline growth and sales results. Report on partner engagement activity, KPI progress and obstacles Work with Jenne and Vendor marketing teams to create marketing plans and material. Ability to position Jenne and Vendor value proposition to Jenne sales and partners via video and on-site meetings to executive level contacts. Complete applicable training and certifications associated with Vendor. Ability to effectively position complementary Vendor solutions. Proactive, self-lead generation leveraging Jenne system expertise. Ability to present in vendor and partner QBR’s. Ability to develop and execute business growth plans independently. Heavy outbound partner engagement activity (phone, on-site, social media, collaboration tools) Drive business development strategy and activity for region or segment - Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. Understand Jenne’s key strategic initiatives, services and vertical markets served and drive activity to support these initiatives. Understand go-to-market strategies, category trending and competitive information for Vendor solutions. Drive quarterly planning and business reviews with key partners. Exercise independent judgement to drive business, solve complex issues, adapt to change. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 365 Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing/sales, or 4+years of relevant product management, sales/or business development Demonstrated success in a business development/sale role. Product background knowledge of data networking, telephony, unified communications, cloud deployed services OR physical security a plus. Must be highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals. Executive management relationship building skills. Financial acumen Travel:
Ability to travel up to 20% percent of the time. Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 10lbs. This position is essential, and the employee must be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
