Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Location: La Mesa, San Diego, CA A well-known and growing organization in La Mesa, San Diego is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong phone-based customer service experience, and is eager to grow their career within a reputable organization. This role includes a hybrid work schedule following the completion of training.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in English and Spanish

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner

Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately within internal systems

Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests

Maintain strong attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced, phone-based environment

Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Previous customer service or call center experience required

Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal fluency required)

Comfortable handling continuous phone calls throughout the day

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Desire to grow professionally and advance within a reputable organization

Position Details:

Onsite/hybrid work schedule

Contract to hire role

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Located in La Mesa, San Diego

Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST
