Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Job in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chat Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial product information Discuss and clearly explain to clients their 401k options and how to allocate their funds Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications: Bilingual in both English and Spanish Previous experience in a call center or customer service Previous experience in the financial services or similar industry preferred Bachelors degree preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM software Compensation: $22.00/hour starting pay Contract-to-hire based on job performance and business need Opportunities for professional growth, pay increases and advancement within the company Collaborative and supportive team environment Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Office is located in La Mesa, CA Possibility to work hybrid after training is fully completed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service please apply today!
