Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

A well-known and growing organization in La Mesa, San Diego is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong phone-based customer service experience, and is eager to grow their career within a reputable organization. This role includes a hybrid work schedule following the completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in English and Spanish
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately within internal systems
  • Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal fluency required)
  • Comfortable handling continuous phone calls throughout the day
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Desire to grow professionally and advance within a reputable organization

Position Details:

  • Onsite/hybrid work schedule
  • Contract to hire role
  • Compensation: $22.00 per hour
  • Located in La Mesa, San Diego
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST
